Workshops tijdens het Weekend van de Wetenschap zaterdag 6 en zondag 7 oktober 2012 Oktober Kennismaand is het jaarlijkse landelijke wetenschapsfestival waarbij onderzoeksinstellingen, universiteiten, science centra en organisaties hun deuren openen voor het publiek. Het openingsweekend staat bol van activiteiten en helemaal in het teken van wetenschap en technologie. In TETEM kunstruimte onderzoeken jongeren van 8-14 jaar de verbinding tussen kunst, wetenschap en technologie tijdens de workshops ‘Tubing’ en ‘Powerplay’. Ze doen onderzoek naar vloeistoffen in interactieve installaties en 3D objecten die je kunt aanraken. De gemaakte filmpjes en foto’s worden vertoond op het Roomlicht buitenscherm. Ouders, kennissen en vrienden zijn natuurlijk ook welkom. Kijk op de website voor meer informatie en meld je snel aan! October Knowledge Month is the annual science festival. Research institutes, universities, science centers and organizations from the whole country are opening their doors to the public. The opening weekend (October 6 and 7) is full of activities dedicated to science and technology. In TETEM art space children from 8-14 years can discover the connection between art, science and technology during the workshops 'Tubing' and 'Powerplay'. They’re doing research on liquids in interactive installations and 3D objects that you can touch. The recorded movies and photos are displayed on the outside screen called Room Light.
